Returns & Exchanges

At PatBO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and hygiene liners attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are intact, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of being received at our warehouse.
